I would recommend this nail spa because I've been a customer here for about 5 years The service here is excellent, with a very special shout out to Nancy.
Great nails however they are very selective to who they give great customer service to. If someone comes in you should pause your greet them and help them to check in. They didn’t do it to me but did it for another guest even offered her water. Then tried to hike the price on me for a short French tip with a design on one nail originally rung me up for 70 dollars and then 75. I’ve been coming here for a while and has NEVER paid this much even when I had more colors and complicated designs. This was my last visit here
Westyn Beauty Nail Spa is a clean, relaxing, and professional spot for nail care. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would like for them to take their time to make sure every detail looks good. The salon is modern, well-kept, and has a calming atmosphere that makes the whole experience feel like a treat. They offer a great selection of colors and services. The quality of their work isn't lasting as long as other salons I have visited. The pricing is a bit unfair for the level of precision you get. I recommend Westyn Beauty Nail Spa for anyone looking for a quick in and out service.
It was a quick and easy service, I love my nails but the woman really cut me up so bad. I didn’t want to review this but my fingers were burning for the past few days from the cuts. As you can see now that the scabs are there, there was many cuts. I was telling her it hurts and wincing in pain and all she did was wipe the blood off my fingers, first with her finger then with a napkin and the only way to stop the blood was to cover it with gel that stung so bad. I’ve never had 5 fingers cut up and no discount or help for it. I would come back but for someone else on my nails because I’m actually scared to get hurt like that or worse, catch something from the tools being used. I want to repeat that the people were nice to me, it’s just this never happened to me and it was painful.
What a wonderful visit! I got the sunshine pedicure, and an eyebrow wax which were AMAZING! It was such a relaxing time, and i will absolutely be back!!
I have now visited this salon twice, and both times have resulted in profoundly negative and unacceptable interactions with the staff.
My first visit involved my nail technician becoming hostile and speaking negatively about me in a different language after I made a reasonable request to be careful with the drill during dip polish removal.
Despite that, I returned. This second experience was worse. I simply asked my nail technician a question to confirm a detail about the callus remover service I was receiving. The woman pictured then came over and proceeded to belittle and disrespect me loudly in front of the entire salon. She aggressively shouted about my purchase, refused to let me speak to clarify my question, and then dismissively threw her hand up at me before walking away. Her actions were highly unprofessional and felt calculated to humiliate me.
Given her behavior, and the need for me to maintain my composure against what felt like a targeted display of aggression, I sincerely hope this business understands the gravity of having staff who show such clear lack of respect for customers. Respect for all people should be a foundational requirement for anyone working in customer service
